Something special is growing at Planit Production Studios.
Through the TEV Designs residency, we are creating more than a place to make art. We are building a space where artists, entrepreneurs, and creative people can connect, experiment, share ideas, and create together.
How the residency began
We kicked things off with After Hours, a relaxed networking experience centered on good energy, conversation, and community. Around 20 people came through, including several new faces. The event created real connections and gave us an early glimpse of what this residency can become: a consistent gathering place for Cincinnati’s creative community.
Opening the studio for creativity
Our first Open Art session invited people into the studio to work on their own ideas, make art alongside others, and enjoy an atmosphere built for creativity. Open Art is intentionally less formal than a class. You can bring a project, start something new, exchange ideas, or simply spend time around other creative people.
Every residency event is helping us learn what the community wants and needs. The goal is to create experiences that feel welcoming, useful, and inspiring while giving artists and creative entrepreneurs more opportunities to meet one another.
What’s coming next
The residency is only getting started. Our next Open Art session will take place on September 24 from 5:00–10:00 PM at Planit Production Studios, 516 Linn Street, Suite 710, Cincinnati, Ohio.
We are also preparing a Content Day on September 26, plus a creative pop-up shop and more community-centered programming. Full details and times will be announced soon.
